I hear ya...

honestly, I deal with it everyday across numerous agencies from SES down low. Been in the biz since 2004. Not all are stupid nor lazy, but those who do meet the criteria...man it makes you wonder why you pay taxes. One example... gent gets fired from DoD, moves on to GSA, then starts working remotely...we notice he never responds to any emails and we ask him why after over a month...he proceeds to tell us he doesn't have a computer and is working from home..... Took him over 3 months to start answering emails.
